Ice Wine Festival

There are times in our lives where we just need to reconnect with the man you love. No phones, no work, no dogs, no drama! That is what we did this weekend on a very romantic get away! We went to Niagara on the Lake in Ontario Canada. We stayed to the Pillar and Post and had a Spa Weekend...ahhhhhh.....and re-connected. I think that we forget what love is like when you have some much going on with life, work and infertility and adoption. You live day to day, sometimes forgetting why you are here on this earth. To be with the one you love, the one who makes you whole, the one who looks at you and you melt. In this fast pace of life, with my dad being sick, Jeff's grand mother in and out of the hospital, starting a new job, Jeff working over time and doing his pastry business...life has been CRAZY! Thank god my father is feeling better and mom called and told us to "get out of town!" So that is what we did! We went to the Ice Wine Festival in Niagara on the Lake...If you have never been there and are ever in the area...it is a must see. You MUST stay at Pillar and Post...it is like you are in Europe. We stay there every year...an every year it is fabulous! Here are some pictures of our trip.
