I got the chills then I cried

Well today brought a great surprise. I was sitting at my desk, in the middle of a very busy day...so busy by the time I looked at my clock for the first time it st was already 1:30pm! So when my boss brought in the mail he gave card and it was thick. What could this be I was thinking. Oh...let me back track. In our agency during the home study classes on couple from the group pick a crayon out of the box and that becomes the name of your group. So, I read the card...it made me cry! It was a fellow group members who had already adopted her baby. She wrote a very sweet note and passed the crayon on to me for good luck! It is wonderful and surprising to me how she thought of me to give it to me for good luck. The deal is for me to pass it along to another group member after we adopt our baby. I will be glad to pass it on. I will keep that crayon on me for good luck! Thank you TS! Hugs and Blessings!

It amazes me how many people you meet during this adoption journey, some you click with right away and some you just have the adoption journey in common. The WNY adoption community is so small! I talked to someone today with the initial of D, she knows who she is. She has given me such hope for our baby. We all hit the lows on this journey...but need need that support to keep you going. Thank you to those who are my support...you know who you are! Love ya! It has been quite a ride! But we are still on it...

How sweet! Isn't it amazing how God sends his angels in the form of friends just when you need it the most. So glad to hear that you have a strong suport system. It makes such a difference.
