God was working hard this weekend!
Well I am happy to say...I have 3 friends who I can now call MOMMY!!!! One lives in California and the other 2 are local! One was from our agency and the other is a private adoption! Praise the lord! It is such a blessing to hear of families being made through adoption. When you get an email..."I am going to be a mom" You take a deep breath and read! Everyone who goes through adoption knows what I am talking about. It is like when you are trying to get pregnant and someone in your circle of friends gets pregnant...but the feeling for me is not that bad anymore. I do get a little jealous...I will admit and as a good Christian I shouldn't but I do. Then it hits me like a ton of bricks...I get so excited for the new mom! The friend through the agency and her hubby have waited a long time...almost 2 years...all of the times she has gone through hearing of her friends adopting their babies...now it was her time to post...how exciting! Please note that I am not depressed that my friends have adopted this weekend...I know that none of those babies were our baby. That is why the jealousy only last 10 seconds with my friend for the agency. That was never our baby! Our baby is coming...

I was thrilled to read thru another blog link about the couple from our agency. They have waited a long time and in fact I thought at one time were not renewing their home study. Since I don't belong to that message board anymore my heart skipped a beat when I put two and two together and figured out they were NEW PARENTS!!!!!!!! I can't wait for your turn....although I better not read about it thru someone else's blog LOLOLOLOLOL
