I Love my JOB!

Did I ever tell you I loved my job? Well I do...I am a loan officer for one of the largest mortgage lenders in the country. I work for a great company with great people! I couldn't imagen working any where else! One of the reasons why I love what I do is when I get a call from a couple who is trying to buy a house and they have had hard times in the past and they may not have the best credit. I work with them to help them clear it up and ge tthem a mortgage! Most LO - Loan Officers don't want to work with people who have hit hard times...for me it is a challenge to get them in the house of their dreams...for them it may be a house that has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath...just so they can own something...For others it is getting them into a house so they can get out of rent. I love when I can hear the sound of relief that they have finally found someone who cares about them. It takes a little bit longer to work on their loans but in the end they are so happy for the help I have given them and for me, it is seeing or hearing the smile on their face or in their voice. Don't get me wrong...I love working with people who have perfect credit...it is an easy deal...that is why most LO like those...they are slam dunks. But what about the single mom who is divorced and had not so great credit and just wants her children to be in a home of their own. I just had a guy...leave my office and say "thanks for doing this when no one else would...my family appreciates it!" I almost started to cry. So when I say I love my job...I mean it! The great thing is that I can write a loan in another state too. I just love this company! if you need me you know where I am! Hugs and Blessings!
