Looking to waste 1 hour an d counting...of your time?

LOL I just did by trying to change my phone service to Verizon! I have been on hold and off hold, talking to 7 different people just to go back to Verizon! I am trying to cut costs with the adoption luming so I figured I would start with the phone, since my work pays for my cell phone, I would mostly use that and if anyone wanted to talk to me they can call me! So CALL ME! LOL...I am not kidding you it is not 1 hour and 15 mins! I am going to lose my mind...or stick my hand in the phone and choke the person on the other end. Remember when life was simple and you could call and get phone service in a matter of 15 mins? Yeah well those days are OVER! SInce we have people taking over your identity it makes life for us honest people very difficult!

About 10 mins into my ordeal they told me we had an outstanding balance on our phone number from 7/99-8/00. Gee considering we got the number in 2/02...that is impossilbe! I had to go to a different department for that! When I asked why this was brought up to me now and not back then, she said that the system in different and more advanced! Gee thanks!...(update: still on hold to finalize the change over...current wait time 1hour and 22 mins...oh now they want all my information for a THIRD TIME!!! It is not getting any better!) The only good thing is this woman is very nice on the other end. So I have to be nice! LOL It is a good thing I found the lord...because he is giving me the strength not to scream!!! So I will go so I can be back on hold...time 1 hour and 28 mins!...wish me luck! Oh my time is wrong on this ...I began talking to them at 12:15pm...time check is now 2:01pm...you do the math...and now I am being transfer to the Wlecome center for the 4th time! All so I can save $30.00 a month!
